Patient hearing is given to the grievances of faculty, staff & student. Solving of the genuine grievances is carried out for optimum redressal.
Institutional grievance redressal mechanism takes care of the genuinegrievances to address the issue(s) with a priority-based approach and to the satisfaction of the aggrieved person.
